In collaboration with ModeLabs Group, Versace has created their first multimedia touchscreen mobile phone, Versace Unique.

The phone, created in France, features an 18K gold finish with a stainless steel inlay, the largest high-tech/scratch proof  touchscreen ever produced, and the back covered in handcrafted leather.

For all those curious about the phones capabilities, LG was brought in to make sure it featured all the latest technology advances. These advances include 3G network, media player, e-mail, 5 mega-pixel flash camera, netbook, and Dolby mobile surround sound for high quality ringtones.

Versace Unique will be available in June through all Versace dealers.

Apple introduced their brand new tablet device on Wednesday, the iPad.

Apple’s head honcho, Steve Jobs, revealed the new computerized tablet during a conference in San Francisco, and hopes the technologically advanced device will take the multimedia world by storm.

The iPad’s features will include the ability to view fullscreen HD movies, listen to music through iTunes, connect to the internet via Wi-Fi, and use third party applications.

Basically, it’s an iPod Touch with a 9.7 inch touch-screen, but it’s still hard to deny that it is mildly impressive.

The iPad will be available in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB’s.

Wi-Fi enabled models are scheduled to hit stores in 60 days, and can run you anywhere from $499 to $829.

Beats by Dr. Dre and Monster have teamed up to release special edition (Product)RED Solo Headphones to help raise money in the fight against AIDS in Africa.

The headphones are set to hit shelves early February for $229.95, and five dollars from each purchase will go to the Global Fund to support AIDS programs throughout Africa.

A pair of Lady Gaga’s special edition (Product)RED Heartbeats are also in the works for later this year.

Diddy announced last week that he has also joined forces with Beats by Dr. Dre to create his own line of headphones called Diddy Beats, which will be available for $179.95.  There is no current release date for the line. Take a glimpse at Diddy Beats below:
